I love you when I’m not looking
But you’re not him
I could possibly
But these dreams of futures
They’re not for you
They’re just for now
If we met 4 years later
If I had found myself sooner
If you had done the same
Someone undeserving will steal my hard work
And just the same will take yours
You help me pass the time
But you make time stand still
I’m still 17 years old
And you’re still lifting me in the air
You can’t bring me back down
But you won’t
